Lauraine McIntosh

Lauraine McIntosh is the former lead singer-songwriter of The Cool Notes, vocalist for Jamiroquai and a featured vocalist with Bomb The Bass on the UK top five hit “Don’t Make Me Wait”.

The Cool Notes had a string of hits including: “Spend The Night”, “In Your Car”, “You're Never Too Young”, “I Forgot”, “My Tune” and many others. The Cool Notes were then signed to the Stock Aitkin and Waterman label for two track releases - “Make This A Special Night” and “Love Is Freaky Thing”.

Since leaving the group, Lauraine has worked extensively with The Lighthouse Family, Rod Stewart, Lyndon David Hall, Beverly Knight, Richard Ashcroft, Shalamar, The 1975 and Andy Williams.

From 2002 until 2014 Lauraine toured with Jamiroquai where she was known as Little L. She has recorded tracks with Jamiroquai’s Derrick McKenzie under that same name.

For the first time in over twenty years Lauraine is where she belongs, performing live with a mixture of soul & reggae Cool Note tunes, along with her new original material
